Just for fun

Cute Easter pics!!

For Spring we went to the beach for a couple of days and eventhough it snowed, we had a great time relaxing. The kids loved the aquarium and we enjoyed hanging out with Alex, Ellen and their family. Here is the gang at the aquarium.

If you were wondering that is snow on the sand!!

I love this picture!! As they get older Jack and Noah are becoming best buds. Don't get me wrong they still have their moments and way too much energy for me but I am glad that they love each other!

I went to Boise at the beginning of March for a sisters weekend. I am sure that my kids did not miss me much because Dad does such fun things with them. They had a campout in the front room. Indoor Smores and all!!

I Did It!!!

So I finally started a blog and I ran my first marathon yesterday! I have wanted to run one for years and the time was finally right. Mike is done with residency which gave me more time to train and I am not pregnant. So in January I decided to run the Salt Lake marathon. It was a good and challenging experience! I am glad I did it and I will probably have a few less toenails in a couple of days! Oh well, a small price to pay for being able to check that off my list of things that I want to do in my life. Will I run another you ask? Maybe, I qualified for the Boston marathon with my time so we will see what life has in store. I also made the news which was pretty funny, they had a shot of me with my arms in the air, crossing the finish line. My kids got a kick out of their Mom being on tv. Thank you to all my family and friends for their support and encouragement. Everyone believed that I could do it which made it easier to do! I am also excited to join the blogging world! I have been a little scared that it would be difficult but thanks to my sister-in-law Mandie I am now confident that I can do it! Hopefully this will be a way for me to journal the happenings in our lives and keep in better touch with all of you.
